Before You Arrive
We have added key details for each event, every event will occur at Mardella Meadows, there is no need to organise any additional transport to different venues. The dress code for the day is Cocktail / Formal.

Please arrive at Mardella meadows up to half hour before the ceremony begins at 3:30 PM unless otherwise instructed. There is plenty of free parking available on site.
You are allowed to leave your vehicle overnight if you wish to arrange different transport from the venue. If you do leave your vehicle overnight, please arrange to pick up your vehicle by 9:30AM the next morning.

Wedding Ceremony

The moment we've been waiting for! Join us as we exchange vows on the Lilac Lawns.
The ceremony will be outdoors, in the case of bad weather, the ceremony will be moved inside to The Chapel. The ceremony will be unplugged and the photographers and videographers will be capturing every moment. Seating will be provided. Directly after the ceremony we will gather for a group photo, so please hang around as this is facilitated.

Cocktail Hour

Settle in, find some friends and family, enjoy the refreshments and canapes while we take photos. If you specified dietary requirements on your RSVP, please let Ultimo waitstaff know during the cocktail hour.
A photo guestbook will be available, so be prepared to take a photo with the instant camera provided, and write a little something for the happy couple in the guestbook. In addition we will have a pack of custom playing cards for guests to write something on. Something sweet, funny, words of encouragement or a fun little drawing, etc, that we may look back on each time we use them.

Dinner, dancing, and celebration in the beautiful reception venue, The Barn.
Doors will open at about 6:10 pm to the reception area, where the DJ will instruct guests to be seated at about 6:30 pm for bridal party entrances. A photo guestbook will be available, so be prepared to take a photo with the instant camera provided, and write a little something for the happy couple in the guestbook. In addition we will have a pack of custom playing cards for guests to write something on. Something sweet, funny, words of encouragement or a fun little drawing, etc, that we may look back on each time we use them.

Eat, drink and be merry. Crockery and cutlery will be available at your seat, along with a menu outlining the buffet choices.

Sparkler Send Off

Welcome the happy couple back to the party from their night time photoshoot with a row of sparklers. This event will mark the end of all formalities, so for those of you with an early bed time, you are free to depart the party now, without fear of missing out. While we hope you will join us on the dance floor we understand if wish to leave after the sparkler send off.
This event will mark the end of official planned events before the party starts.

The festivities will end at midnight. Please get to your home or accommodation safe and sound. A reminder that your car can be left overnight at the venue if you wish to organise alternative transport, so you can drink and travel responsibly.
Noise restrictions come into effect at midnight, please be courteous and keep noise to a minimum as you leave the venue.
